Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) About Your Home Warranty

Have questions about the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW) that accompanies your new home purchase of a Magnolia Springs home?

FAQ: What is a Home Warranty Service Agreement?
A Home Warranty Service Agreement covers major systems and appliances that malfunction or break from normal wear and tear. These expensive to repair items such as air conditioning and heating units, plumbing, electrical wiring, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and garage door opener will age over time, and repairs are inevitable. A service agreement offers protection from these repairs. PLEASE NOTE: Certain items and events are not covered. For specific coverages, please refer to your service agreement or contact the warranty servicer at 800.775.4736.
FAQ: Why do I need a service agreement?
The benefits of a 2-10 HBW Home Warranty Service Agreement are endless, but many customers choose our warranty for security and convenience. It’s inevitable that something will break in your home, and any breakdown is unwelcome. Rather than budgeting for home repairs, many customers find it less worrisome to purchase a service agreement to ensure that costly home repairs don’t wreck their budgets. Others like the convenient repair process that involves just logging their service request online or making one phone call and letting 2-10 HBW do the rest. It’s much less of a hassle for them than locating the best service contractor for the best price. They enjoy not having to negotiate with service contractors ever again.
FAQ: What is the duration of coverage with a 2-10 HBW Home Warranty Service Agreement?
Coverage begins on the date of closing or the date of sale and continues for one year from that date. The Service Agreement can be renewed annually.
